Consulting Services
- Design support from conceptual design through Design Development (DDs) to Construction Documents (CDs)
- Develop construction scopes and submittal reviews with a focus on furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), millwork, and finishes as they relate to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination
- Identify construction coordination issues between architectural and structural design
- Review construction products and specifications to ensure the best value for the needs of the project
- Identify and develop Value Engineering (VE) efforts
- Provide quantity surveys
- Manage design charrettes and make recommendations
- Assist with on-site mockups (exterior systems, model rooms)
- Provide schedule review
- Assist with logistics of materials
